Equipment repair is a critical part of controlling the "total cost" of keeping your facility healthy and clean. Properly operating equipment cuts time and labor, by far the largest component of the total cost of cleaning. The wasted time, effort and danger of trying to work with improperly operating or broken cleaning equipment is far greater than the cost to keep it in good working order. Equipment Repair Service Options
 

Preventive Maintenance Service (PM) - This best value service agreement may be purchased at any time, ideally along with the new equipment. A factory-trained technician will check, inspect, adjust and lubricate the equipment within the scope of the Flat Rate Service (FR) referenced below. Our shop manager will contact you to schedule the visits during the term for the PM Service Agreement (manufacturing, education, hospitality and healthcare have very different working conditions, soil loads, scheduling issues, etc). As per the agreement, you will also be contacted two weeks prior to each PM visit for schedule confirmation. Additionally, you will enjoy discounted labor, travel rates and priority emergency scheduling. The PM service agreements are exclusively available for equipment lines marketed by Accommodation Mollen and backed by certified factory warranty service.

Flat Rate Service (FR) - For a flat rate, we will repair your equipment either on-site or in our repair shop. A factory-trained technician will check, inspect, adjust and lubricate the equipment within the scope of the FR checklist. The technician will also complete all repairs necessary beyond the checklist, so long as the total cost of the repair does not exceed a previously agreed margin beyond the flat rate. Furthermore, all parts will be charged separately as well as any labor beyond the FR service.

On Call Service (OC) - This is our "call us as you need us" service. We will respond promptly, charging for time, parts and travel. Our factory-trained technicians will address the immediate problem as well as make recommendations for other repair/training issues associated with the equipment for future consideration.
