The employees of Cleaner's ProShop, while engaged in the execution of their jobs, have developed and acquired certain information concerning customers and prospects which constitute confidential, proprietary information. Cleaner's ProShop has developed certain know-how, trade secrets, and marketing methods which also constitutes confidential, proprietary information. This confidential information is the sole property of Cleaner's ProShop, and is furnished by Cleaner's ProShop to you for the purpose of assisting you in performing your job.

Outside of the execution of your job, Cleaner's ProShop does not wish this proprietary information disclosed by you to any other persons. Reproduction is expressly prohibited except with prior approval of Cleaner's ProShop. The law views proprietary information as intellectual property, and accords its owners the same protection as it gives all other forms of personal property.
